We go beyond ABCs and 123s. At this stage, children experience a balanced development of intellect, emotion, and spirit. Learning becomes purposeful yet playful — guided by the Japanese belief that education is as much about the heart as it is about the mind.
From early literacy and numeracy to science through nature, children engage in thoughtfully structured yet enjoyable sessions that promote language, logic, and love for learning. Activities include storytelling, phonics games, basic math with manipulatives, and science through observation.
Children are taught to recognize feelings, express empathy, and build healthy friendships. Through guided group interactions, they learn cooperation, turn-taking, and peaceful conflict resolution.
Daily habits such as organized clean-up time, morning greetings, waiting turns, and gratitude rituals help children become self-regulated, thoughtful individuals.
Our Japanese enrichment sessions include traditional arts like origami, calligraphy brush painting, simple haiku creation, and nature festivals, fostering creativity and a sense of global belonging.
Yoga, rhythmic movement, obstacle play, and Japanese group games (undōkai) enhance both fine and gross motor development, encouraging balance, coordination, and body confidence.
